We are looking to take on an apprentice who already has a desire and interest to start a career in IT and Cyber Security.

We are a customer experience focused organistion. Yes we provide IT and Cyber security services to our clients but we’re always improving the experience our clients have with us. Any apprentice would need to have good communication skills or the potential to improve in this area as much of the role is communicating with our clients and offering them an exceptional experience.

We also look internally at improving our own working environment and any member of the team has a seat at the table to help with improvements and offer suggestions.

Any apprentice would work at our offices in Penryn 4 days a week, and attend Truro colleague 1 day a week. We also train all staff on company specific IT, Cyber Security and Customer service skills.

We offer a fair wage to all team members and regularly review such wages. We also offer 25 days holiday (in addition to the standard bank holidays).
